Are ALL the sr20de transmissions the same, meaning are they exactly the same ones used for every year?
if so, then why are the 95 and up transmisson less likely to suffer from the "5th gear pop out"?
if nissan had "fixed" that problem, then why did they start in the 200sx version?
and if it "was" acutally fixed in the 200sx version, can i bolt it to my classic?
in other words, do the 95 up transmission more reliable and do they fit the classics?
im pretty sure they do, but just making sure..but not sure about the "5 gear pop out" thing for the newer transmissions.....

no, there are a few diffrences, they changed the design in them in like 93-94, the 95-97 got a revolution sensor, the 98-99 lost the lsd, and the 2000-01 got back the lsd.
