I have searched... Can someone please tell me where I might find some information on Turbo A/r ratios and what they mean?? I have a T25 with a .48 intake and .46 exhaust, but I can buy a T3 for cheap with a .60 i / . 48 e... i don't know what this means. yes im NEW to turbos.. LOL
I know a T3 should make more power than the T25, but I also want to know why. Also i will need help fabricating an adapter plate for my T25 Header..

Im not even asking for you to explain it. Just help me find a place I can look it up myself.

Thanks.

Go to your local bookstore and order:

Maximum Boost by Corky Bell

It will answer 95% of your questions until after you have a working turbo system installed and running on your car.

I HIGHLY recommend it.

Ar ratios change with each series turbo type so you can't compare them, such as T25, T28, T3, T67 and so on. That book is a good one and will get you on your way to understanding boost.
