ok, what else did you put on it. ecu, injectors? it also could be a bad connection on the maf sensor. your car will definately not run then. more info will most likely diagnose the problem (or at least give you a running start at it)

ohh sorry it has bigger injectors, 370cc he removed the Air cleaner thing that was on the front of the engine. stock ECU, AFC. Thats all I can think of right now.

you need the ecu, or else the injector pulse will be too wide, bogging down the engine, unless the afc will adjust it. I would sell the afc and get the ecu imho. or do both for a little more fine tuning. I would bet a quarter pounder that is the problem.

what about the AAC valve?? if that has gone bad would the car bog an die? We leaned the AFC out at the low setting. It got a lil better but not a whole lot.

Check for intake leaks and vaccum leaks too.

Racer X I think u have it right. After checkin the Boost gauge we watched as the Vac changes from 20-10 then back to 20. We didn't find it yet we just turned up the Idle. Yeah Yeah Yeah it's not a fix just so he can drive the car to the shop next week to get the muffler put on the car. Feels nice at 7psi. We started this whole project like 4 weeks ago. Working on the weekend an sometimes just one day on the weekends. 1st time ever doin a turbo kit from scratch and I must say I looks nice. We used a Stage 2 T3/T4E, Griffen Intercooler core Side to Side flow 20x10x2.75 then HK$ intercooler end tanks, Blitz BOV (Yeah Yeah he knows, He got it for like $90 so it's all good), HK$ turbo Timer,Blitz SSBC, in line fuel pump (till he can find a 300zx pump), Super AFC, 3" downpipe, His home made "Log" turbo sit's like the Fmax but it's about 3" off from the Fmaxs. He took the A/C out (I told him not too but "I never use it any way". I'll be post the pics on my Web Page soon when I'm done I'll post back.

Ok this is the thing When I start the car it has a really lumpy Idle like it has Race cams in it. When I remove one of the Vacuum lines from the connector the idle smoothes out and seems to be normal. What seems to be wrong with this picture I cant figure out. Also I didn't reroute the bov back to the MAS do you think this may be the cause of my problem? Or are my Vacuum lines messed up? What else could it possibly be, this is really starting to get on my nerves.

what size injectors are you using? I'm assuming you are using 50lb with t3/t04e
