Ok guys I have a few issues about turbo options. When can I expect boost to come on (RPM range here) with a T28/GtiR manifold and a 3 inch down pipe/exhaust?

How about a T25 with a BB manifold, 3 inch downpipe and exhaust?

I will be running stock block 9.5:1 compression ratio, lightened flywheel 4 pulley underdrive set etc...

I have heard the T28 with the set up I listed above at about 2500-3000 with the aforementioned mods, the T25 around 2000 or so?

yo g,
when i had the turbo on my gti-r motor before i gave it to you i was hitting all 22psi about 3,200rpm. so with your 9.5:1 you should get it a little sooner than i did on my gti-r motor. i am telling you man that turbo is balls to the wall. when i get my gti-r pistons and rods back i will mail them to you, then you can have some more fun with them.
