Just about any auto parts store. When I had my underdrive pulleys installed, I just went to an Auto Zone or something like that and asked for a couple different belts that were a little off the size of the stock belts. The belts I didn't use, I just returned.

I got mine at a NAPA store because they were able to reference the Gates P/N that UR specifies in the instructions with the UR pulleys.

You could always just use a string and measure how long of a belt you need. Belt part numbers are actually really simple the K4 or K6 is a 4 or 6 rib width and the number is the length in inches. If there is a five at the end of the # it means another .5 inches in length.
