Thanks.. That is what I figured. BTW my Stock Miata motor that made 116hp at the crank has piston squirters. Sometimes its nice to have Turbo Heratige in a motor (323GTX).
What motors come with piston coolers?
I was in a argument with a couple of friends on this. One says all DET motors come with Piston squirters, and one says only Some high compression NA motors, and GTiR motors come with them. One has a BB DET and he says he saw squirters in there when he rebuilt the botom end. Just wanted to put a end to this. Thanks.
