I was thinking that maybe some 225/50/15 BFG Drag Radials but not sure if they will fit? I have some MT Drag Slicks on some rims but they are old and starting to look a little shady and Im scared to use them to be honest with you! It looks like the tire is seperating in a few spots on both of them. So what size would be the best for my car?

Just get some new slicks to replace the old ones with. You are going to get better traction with a slick then a DR anyway.

I kinda like not having to swap out rims and stuff at the track it saves me from bringing so much junk with me. Also drag radials or a little bit more forgiving on the drivetrain rather than the slicks right?

I am unsure. I have personally never used either one. I know what you you are saying about hating to swap wheels at the track. If you are going to run a 15" rim I would say go with the 225/50/15. That is the size I was looking at when I was wanting to get DR's.
