Looks like a Pulsar GTiR T28 and Mani.
Looks exactly like my Avenir, both the manifold, turbo and turbo outlet.
Edit: A/R .80 stamped on it = T-25

it is a avanier u13 manifold and turbo. the housing has been turned in the upright position.
the compressor side is exactly like my t25.
Yeah, thats an avenier T25, My GTiR turbo has a T3 style comp housing so its bigger.
