What offset are you running? Without knowing that, I can't tell you if you'll have fitment problems.
I run 215s on my NX without any problems, but I'm running a +35 offset. Stock is +40, but it's positive offset, so the lower the number, the wider the track, so my setup is 5 mm wider than stock.
Handling is *much* improved. I don't know about the KYBs, but with GABs and Pro-Kits, my car handles like a little (cheap!) Porsche.
I remember at a meet in Rochester I went to, there was a guy in a Classic trying to keep up with me through an s-bend, he was running 205 SP8000s on 15" rims, and he skidded the back end out trying to keep up
