I was thinking about getting a new mod that would complement my future turbo mod. I decided to get cams. But I am not sure which cams are best for the F-MAX turbo kit. BTW, I looked at the archives and the only thing I found was Rob Cadle mentioning that the JWT cams *should* work well with turbos. Also, I am assuming that I will need the cam program to tame the idle? I hope not since I have 99 and that would mean modifying a 97 ecu. So any help is appreciated. Also, would anyone be willing to help me install them once I decide which one to get?

I'd say the S-3 cams would work good you'd probably want to get adjustable cam gears so that you could take out some of the overlap out.
