I wish that I could claim single ownership but I cannot. I can say this, however:
North Alabama doesn't see much culture so most of the vehicles here are mainstream. I saw the SE-R debut in car ads such as this one:
and I thought, "I've GOT to get me one o' deez!!"
Well, Huntsville didn't have any at all. I saw a few on the roads and zero in the paper. FINALLY in 1996 there was an ad in the paper for a used Black 92 with only 26000 miles and I was like, "I've got to see this to believe it..."
Well, there she was, a true beauty. The people that owned her for the past 4 years were very old and said that it was too small for them. This car was pristine! I snatched it up for a cool 10 grand and have had the best commutes of my life!
This car really does pick on cars twice her size...
