I would think so, especially with cams. Although, when you hit that level your turbo will be reaching its limits as well.

I think you might top out the injectors first.... not sure though! The MAF is good for ~280whp. I wouldn't run more than 10 psi on 91 pump anyways, assuming you're 9.5 CR. I have my high boost set at 12psi on 93 octane. Could probably run more, but i like reliability :)

444cc's are going to be big enough to flow his horsepower, if you bump up fuel pressure to 4bar, you will be flowing around 500cc's wont you? That should be enough for at least 300hp.

I am pretty sure as long as you have a good a/f ratio, you don't have to worry about blowing up your High comp. DE motor.

The maf will max out before the injectors. The injectors should be good for 320whp or so and the maf will max around 300whp. Best thing to do is to get the car on a wideband and Techtom so you can see what your hitting and at what psi.
This is from Andreas...
370cc injs at 4 bar = about 420cc injs

Going for 3 bar to 4 bar make the injs between 8-10% larger

370cc injs at 3 bar = about 250-260 WHP
370cc injs at 4 bar = about 280-290 WHP

250-260WHP is about 10% smaller than 280-290WHP
