I have seen the E30 SR20DET before....

I've thought it would be cool to have a RWD DET-powered Opel GT. The published curb weight on those cars was 1910lbs (Road&Track, JUly, 1969). I think they're slick-looking and that would absolutely haul ass.

That was posted up a long time ago. IIRC - the guy who did that lives in South Africa and there are a couple of sr20 powered BMW's down there.

I want an SR20 510 wagon, that would be hot...

no way...not aztec red. its ruby pearl. or maroon punch (i made that up).
and they sell kits now to put the sr20det into e30s.
