any body know?

I've been searching the forum to no avail. I found the head stud and rod bolts but no mains.

being that the arp fasteners vary from the fsm specs i'm excecting that the mains do as well.

I checked the arp website and i couldn't find.

Thanks in advance.

you dont use the fsm torque specs for ARP bolts. you only use the torque sequence that is all. the torque for the mains is 75 ft-lbs. in increments of like 10ft-lbs. thats the torque with the arp moly lube. if you dont use the lube they say to do like 80 or 85 ft-lbs. ill let you know exactly tomorrow when im at the shop looking at the spec sheet.

Bed them in first. What I mean is start by going to 40lbs, then 50, then loosen, and go 50 the 70 ft. lbs. Is is to take up any "stretch" in the bolts. You may not have to do this, but we doo this with all our machines and all my automotive customers do this when building their engines.
