it depends on what p11 do you have. the best is to compare ecu pinouts from factory service manual. Try to go to your nissan dealer and ask for scan it. here is europe p11 and p10 ecu pinout. they are different, but it is possible to repin it, so p10 ecu will work in p11.

the euro p10 ecu is probably same pinout and uses same address file as usdm b13 ecu
