Will RNN14 Radiator will Direct Fit to B13 SER without modification ?

Yes. That is the radiator NISMO sells as an upgrade.

will fit.

make sure you fit the RNN14 fan as well
then fan shroud is metal instead of plastic
and slimmer about 2.9" height
