Boost will cut in and out throughout powerband. Any ideas?

Just recently when I go into boost my car will spool up but you can feel something like the exhaust is small as hell and restricting the exhaust flow or something then it'll spool up and feel normal then kinda cut out like it hits an obstruction again and it'll do that all the way up to red line in almost any gear. Brand new clutchnet copper-fiber clutch.
T28, JWT ecu, 50psi fuel or so, vacuum at idle is right around 12-14 and I watched boost during all of this and it holds at 7psi

Any help appreciated.

uh thats low... especially without cams.. i got one cam in and i idle at 850 vac is at 19-20...
50 psi or so fuel, so you have a 4 bar setup? You should make sure its pretty exact i hear the ecu is picky about that with 4 bar setups... when you installed the clutch, did you have the turbo on already? maybe you got a boost leak somewhere

two things: your fuel pressure is too high so you're probably running rich as hell, and you most likely have a vacuum, boost leak. This would explain the turbo spooling but you not going anywhere. Even with no load in neutral, you should still see 16-18in. of vacuum, pretty sure at least.

What fuel pressure would you suggest running 40-45? and the vac has always been like that and never had a problem

convert 3 bar to psi and that's what you need to run with the vacuum line disconnected to the fuel pressure regulator. It's roughly 44psi (1 bar is about 1 atm which is about 14.7 psi). Oh, don't turn up the boost, you're about at the limit of the 370s.

How do you figure? Just wondering because I was never told by anyone what to run and never found a post stating the required fuel psi's to run under 3bar and 4bar situations. I just figured 3 bar is 14*3 so thats like 40 something. If I run 36 my techtom will be reading lean all the time that is what iw as worried about but who knows how accurate that is.

I am running the 444cc injectors with 3 bar.... what do you think my max psi I can run on those is?
What do you mean with teh vac line disconnected to the fpr does it read diff on the inline fp gauge if it is hooked up?

I sure as hell hope it is, says 440cc injectors on the ecu and the receipt from jgy so I wouldn't doubt it... keep in mind that I've been running this setup for the last like 4 months with not many problems.

You wrote on the title that boost cuts in and out but then you wrote it holds at 7psi so which is it? Do you mean you feel like the power cuts in and out?
Feels like the power cuts in and out, I guess it always stays in boost...
