H-4 headlights are WAY brighter than stock!

do the lense actually have a clearer look to them then the usa ones?

 

Is the beam pattern intended for a RHD or LHD car?

They are very clear, but the best part is the H-4 bulbs! H-4 is way brighter than the US stock bulbs.

these are awesome headlights! i dotn know if anyone has a wiring diagram to hook up the switch, i never figured it out, but it should help since there arent any adjusting screws.

the best i could think of is to stack washers for adjustment...

buump for awesome headlights and those clear things!

 

question again... is the lense on this different from the us???if not why dont people just make some type of adaptor for h4s?

 

lense is DEFINITELY different. the pattern is much much better and the added fact that H4 is stock and not retrofit makes it even better!

 

I really apreciate junknstuff's comments. Obviously there is a BIG difference between these headlights and the stock ones. If I still owned my NX, I would put the PIAA bulbs in these and enjoy the bright lights

Hey all,
I also have these headlights and the H4s are much brighter and directs the lights much further down the road. Chris, they are for left-hand drive cars but the beam also light-up the right side of the road as you drive (road signs and deer are really lit well). This is because the light beam goes up gradually on the right side of both lamps.

One other great thing about these lights are the built-in globe parking lights. This allows you to install a 194 bulb inside of each headlight globe. When you turn the switch to parking lights, they light up the entire headlight globe.. The picture below is my parking lights with Amber LED's... Kinda cool!

Junknstuff: The adjusting screws are the Big screws on the fender sides of the headlamps. These adjustment screws are about 3" long and will adjust the hieght; Turn the screws left and right to adjust the beam up/down. The screw on top outside edge will adjust the beam left/right. You should be able to turn the long screws by hand.


If you need the wiring diagram, PM me. I have the wiring diagram and its easy. Only one wire color is different. Eveything else is the same.

Gee805: The Headlight lense are clearer but they deflect the light on the right hand side. You do realize that you must remove the front bra & bumper to install these...
